Welcome to our home, nestled in a peaceful Drumcondra cul-de-sac. Our 5 bedroom home is a perfect blend of urban convenience & seaside serenity, just 2 km from Clontarf's shores. Please Note - IDs are required for all Staying Guests within 48 hours of a reservation being made___________________Minimum age of person checking in is 21 years old. Please contact us prior to booking if you would like us to make an exception. Additional Security Deposit will be required of EUR 100 per person, up to a maximum of EUR 1,000 per booking.
