Just five minutes drive from the busy town of Dundalk and the award winning Dundalk (racing) Stadium, 2 minutes drive from the renowned Ballymascanlon Golf Course and Hotel.
There are 3 double bedrooms, with en-suites (2), the lounge boasts a large open fire and the charming kitchen is fully equipped.
With spectacular views across the mountains, a large spacious back garden with modern seating and beautiful greenery, McEvoy Cottage has all home comforts in a peaceful and rural setting.

Set at the end of a road near to river, with a few neighbours close by. Transport is advisable.
Back of the cottage looks on to Estuary which flows into Dundalk bay. The River Flurry is nearby.
There is a nice twenty minute walk along Rampart which is nearby, which takes you along the estuary to Bellurgan Point and Blue Anchor Bar serves food, Friday till Sunday. There is a courtesy bus sometimes available to order
