Dunmore East is a pretty seaside village with beautiful sandy beaches like Counsellor’s Strand and an active fishing harbour. Should you wish to explore further afield, Bayview Holiday Home No.39 in Dunmore East is a great base for day trips to historic Waterford City, the amusements at Tramore, the wild coastline at Hook Head and the beautiful scenery around Passage East and Cheekpoint. Bayview Holiday Home No. 39 – Sleeps 12 Bayview Holiday Home No.39 is ideal for family gathering or a group booking - it has 5 bedrooms and sleeps comfortably 12 guest: Property layout – Ground floor: Open plan country-style kitchen, dining area (seating 12) and living room with TV and wood burning stove Bedroom 1: king-size (ensuite wet room) sleeping 2 Bedroom 2: king-size sleeping 2 Bedroom 3: king-size sleeping 2 Family Bathroom with bath, WC and hand basin Property layout – First Floor : Bedroom 4: double + single sleeping 3 Bedroom 5: 3x single sleeping 3 Family Bathroom with bath, WC and hand basin This seaside holiday home has Wi-Fi and parking onsite. Located beside this cluster of holiday cottages is a large communal green area, ideally located away from the public road. Pet-friendly accommodation. A refundable security deposit of EUR 200 must be paid upon check-in. This will be pre-authorised on your debit or credit card upon arrival and automatically released off your card after departure, subject to an inspection of the property. Payment by debit cards will charge the security deposit of EUR 200 to your bank account which is manually refunded by the property within 7 days of departure. This will be after the on-site manager has inspected the property and is satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been complied with. Please note that failure to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of all or part of your security deposit. Please note that the property reserves the right to charge in advance of arrival an increased mandatory security deposit of EUR 500 at certain times of the year. For example, during festivals, certain sporting events or public holidays. You will be contacted by the property with regards to this prior to arrival.
