I am South African who grew up in Johannesburg and I qualified with first class honours in Granger Bay Hotel School, Cape Town. Having worked in some of the most prestigious hotels in South Africa, like The Cape Grace and Hunter Hotels, here I got a great understanding of the workings of hotels and I knew this was the field I was going to work with the best and be the best. Thankfully an opportunity presented itself in Ireland over 20 years ago and I am proud to say I have been excelling ever since. On moving to Ireland, my career progressed very quickly having always been focussed on achieving more, on being the best, and on delivering better results. I am naturally resistant to pressure determined ready to act and able to generate others to move. I am incredibly ambitious within business and though I am driven, this is uniquely coupled with an infectious affability that brings others along with me like a positivity propelled engine. I am an innovator who constantly adds a unique and unexpected touch to the customer experience which has led the company to a whole host of customer service awards.
