This apartment is in a converted garage in a housing estate attached to a family home. It is directly a cross the road from a university.
It is tastefully decorated with cooking facilities, WiFi, heater/fan, espresso machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, etc. Separate bedroom with 4ft double bed. Electric shower in emsuite bathroom. Shaving outlet in mirror.
I live right next door if you need anything during your stay. However I respect guests privacy so you will only see me if you need me.
Mix of families and student rentals. Housing estate built in the 70s. Nice restarants amd pubs nearby. University has beautiful walks along the river. You can walk all the way to the city by the river. Well-served with the 304 bus to city and Crescent shopping centre.
