Coole Gate Lodge, a single-storey lodge, consists of a kitchen/diner with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and dining table, a utility with washer/dryer, and a living/dining room with sofa, armchair, dining seating for four, and TV and DVD player. The bedrooms consist of two doubles with en-suites and a twin. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, lawn, picnic benches, garden table, and chairs, and ample parking in a private car park and garage. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Gortin is a delightful village with friendly locals situated in a picturesque area of County Tyrone in Northern Ireland. Although small it does have everything you need including three pubs, restaurants and a few shops for all your essentials. Situated in The Sperrins, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty the surrounding area offers stunning walking and cycle paths. The mountainous valleys of the Sperrins are home to rivers, streams, lakes and wonderful glens all waiting to be explored and offer a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The nearby Gortin Glen Forest is a great location for mountain bike lovers from easier to harder grades as well as offering walking routes. Why not enjoy a trip through Irish history at the Ulster American Folk Park? A short drive away takes you to Plumbridge a historical village in the west of Northern Ireland, split by the beautiful Glenelly River. Plumbridge is a crossroad town containing five roads to separate locations in and around the area. From Gortin the towns of Omagh, Cookstown and Draperstown are all accessible. Gortin is an excellent base for touring this scenic area.
