- Guests are required to show a photo identification and a damage deposit is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

- Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

- Reception is open Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm and Saturday - Sunday & Bank Holidays 9am - 6pm.

If you are arriving outside of the official reception hours you can check-in with security at the entrance to the sports complex.

- PARKING: Please be advised, that parking terms & conditions may have changed since you booked. Please note that Parking is now chargeable.

For guests with a non-Irish phone number and/or credit card please use the scan pay functionality when paying for car parking.

- When booking 10 rooms or more, or a booking of EUR 1500 or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply.
