The Space: This comfortable flat offers you the coziness of home with a bedroom and private bathroom a spacious living room. I would like to remind you that the 90x200 sofa bed can “only be used for one child” in the same room. The room is well-appointed with a comfortable double bed 140x200, fresh linens, and ample storage space. You will have access to a private bathroom stocked with essentials, a well-equipped and a shared cozy living area where you can relax after a day of exploring the city. Please note that wearing shoes inside is prohibited for health reasons. I would like to remind you that we have a cat at home, as it says in our profile.You are shared house with host. Cooking is not permitted in the kitchen. For this reason, no kitchen photo is displayed. However, all kitchen essentials are available, and you’re welcome to use the microwave to heat up ready meals.You may store your items in the fridge. Washing machine use is not available during your stay. Free street parking is available. Feel free tea, coffee, snacks are offered to make your stay more comfortable. Location: Situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood.Our residence is conveniently located 20 minutes from the airport, 3 minutes away from the bus station, 5 minutes from Pellestown train station, and a mere 6 minutes from the ALDI shopping center. We're only a delightful 35-minute stroll from the entrance of Phoenix Park, one of the largest and most magnificent parks in all of Europe.
