A restored home with modern amenities in the centre of a picturesque village. A remarkable retreat for a short getaway/ basecamp for walkers/cyclists/tourists or a quiet work space with free Wifi and parking.
Home boasts exceptional attention to detail, luxurious double beds, fresh white linen & towels, two bathrooms (main and one en-suite) & a cosy wood burning stove. Patio on a large enclosed back garden with a riverside picnic area close by.
Bridget & family will welcome you on arrival and live close by should you or your guests require assistance during your stay. Late check-in up to 11.00 pm is possible, with prior notice.
The house is situated in a quiet village with a public house and shop next door. It is only a 15minute drive from the well know JIM OF THE MILL traditional music pub, Thurles town is only 25minutes drive where you have Mary I and Tus Thurles campus situated. One can enjoy a night at the dogs at Thurles greyhound stadium or a day at the races at Thurles race course .Semple Stadium is a massive attraction for all GAA supporters. Rock of Cashel and Cahir Castle also only a short drive from the property .Amazing views can be enjoyed as you stroll around our quiet roads.
Templemore Garda Training College only just 30minutes drive, while the nearest golf course is only 20 minutes drive from the property
Shannon Airport 55minutes, Cork Airport 1hour 30 minutes, Dublin Airport 2 hours.
Thurles and Limerick Junction Train Stations only 30 minutes drive.
