A lovely newly renovated bungalow in rural East Cork 20 minutes drive from the heritage town of Youghal and its sandy beaches 20 minutes drive from Midleton 35 minutes drive to Dungarvan and the Waterford Greenway 45 minutes from Cork Airport An ideal location to explore Ireland's Ancient East and the beaches of East Cork Local attractions include Fota Wildlife Park and Gardens, Jameson Distillery, the beautiful woods of Glenbower 1km from the Iron Man cycle route Rural - so a car is needed

This house is on a quiet country lane. Set on a 1/2 acre site with ring of 3 KM on roads, it's an ideal place to relax or use for work. 1 KM from village of Mt. Uniake, and 5 KM from Killeagh. It's an easy drive Youghal or Midleton. If you like cycling, it's just 1 Km to the cycle route of the Iron Man Triathlon The beaches Youghal are lovely for walks or swimming As this house is in the countryside, you'll need a car to get around. If you're on a cycling tour there are some nice routes around.
