Welcome! This 70m² house is located in the quaint village of Chapelizod, on the edge of Dublin. The area is peaceful along the River Liffey and 500m from the Phoenix Park and a 15 minute walk to Dublin Zoo. Dublin City centre is 15 minutes away and so too is Liffey Valley and both are accessible by bus every 20 minutes. Inside, the living room is fully furnished, featuring a comfortable sitting area, a TV to enjoy all your favourite shows, and a beautiful fireplace, perfect for cosy evenings. Step outside and relax on the terrace, where you can enjoy the fresh air and peaceful surroundings. It's a perfect spot for quiet moments or enjoying your morning coffee. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil culinary requirements. A washer is available for your laundry needs. Upstairs, the first bedroom has a UK king-size bed, and the second has a UK double bed. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
