Welcome to Lakeview Callow! As soon as you enter you will know you have found somewhere special for your holiday! The bright, airy and contemporary atmosphere hits you as soon as you walk in and continues throughout the house. Entering the hallway, on the left, steps lead you down to an expansive kitchen/dining/living area. With its double height ceilings and a wall of floor to ceiling windows you can take in the jaw dropping panoramic views in all directions. A visual treat in all seasons. Sliding doors open out onto the large timber deck which stretches the length of the home creating a seamless living space between the indoor and outdoor. Family seating on the deck allow for entertainment and relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen area is ideal for preparing family meals, with the dining area providing a wonderful setting for enjoying them together. The living space has a substantial wood pellet stove (wood pellets and instruction videos are provided) and a large wall mounted TV, the perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day, enjoying a glass of wine while watching the chef! For a more intimate experience there is a second TV room with a comfy sofa and another inviting fireplace, making it an ideal spot for movie nights or quiet relaxation. This room also sports double height ceilings and windows with sliding doors leading out onto the deck and offers beautiful views of the countryside and lake. We have four bedrooms, the first is the master suite which offers comfort and relaxation to those who deserve it most! A super king bed, walk in wardrobe, spacious en-suite shower room, t.v. and sliding door to the deck. There are three further bedrooms - two doubles with king sized beds and a twin bedroom. This twin bedroom shares a Jack and Jill shower room with one of the double bedrooms. Outside there is plenty of parking for several cars with tiered lawned areas and a spacious deck, the perfect space to take in the natural beauty surrounding you.
