Mill House consists of a kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, and breakfast table, a dining area/conservatory with TV and seating for six people, sitting room with TV, books, and woodburning stove, utility with washing machine, tumble dryer, and fridge/freezer. The bedrooms consist of one ground floor double with en-suite, one ground floor double, one king-size, one double with en suite, and one family room with bunk and double, along with a shower room and ground floor bathroom. Outside, there is a non-enclosed, surround patio, lawn, and gravelled garden with furniture and ample off-road parking. Two well-behaved pets welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Mill House is a marvellous base for an Ireland escape. Note: Owners live beside the house. Note: Property is wheelchair accessible from the rear. The bustling market town of Donegal Town is situated in the south of the county at the point where the River Eske flows into Donegal Bay. Rich in history, the town was founded as a result of the 17th century Ulster Plantation planned around the Donegal Diamond, and is home to Donegal Castle and Murvagh Beach. The area is fantastic for fishing, with numerous suitable rivers and lakes available. For golfers, Donegal Golf Club and Murvagh Links Course provide a great game against a stunning backdrop. The dramatic sandy beach at Rossnowlagh is backed by wonderful cliff views of Slieve League, and is framed by the coast of the Atlantic Ocean, making a wonderful day out. For a great taste of the lovely Irish scenery, enjoy a drive along the Glengesh Pass, while Slieve League, Glenveagh National Park and Castle and Malin Head are all worth a visit, or enjoy Donegal Festival in July or the Taste of Donegal Food Festival in Late August.
