Nellies dates back 120 yrs in recent years we extended it .The bedrooms have all got TV and Tea/coffee making vacilities all with there own ensuite.The original has still some original features.The bedrooms are very comfortable and spacious
Myself and my husband and our 2 dogs throughly enjoy guests visiting our home.It is great to hear other people stories and tell them ours .We love just the fact that guests enjoy our easy going ways and that we accommodate them where ever possible
Nellies Cottage is just 10 mins from Crover House Hotel on the banks of Lough Sheelin which is famous for its trout fishing.There are beautiful secluded shores to visit and look out on the many boats on the lake while taking in the tranquility and peaceful of the surroundings or maybe check out our peat bogs where they still make turf.Maybe visit Cavan County Museum which is a fantastic museum to mave on our doorstep.Take a walk through one of our many forest and have a picnic lunch
