Conveniently located on the Muckross road approx 5 minutes walk to town centre and INEC. Free onsite parking for 1 cars. This property is perfect for short or long term stays.
The space
Step inside this modern 3 bedroom townhouse boasting an impressive 1200 square foot of space. On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen living area with free satellite television, 1000 MBPS WiFi . To the rear there is a utility room with washer and dryer machine and toilet. We also have the benefit of a large downstairs bedroom at the rear. Upstairs there is a luxury main bathroom with an electric shower, hotpress and 2 double bedrooms with fitted sliderobes. The master room includes a ensuite wet room. There is oil central heating and a patio area to the rear of house.
