Orchard lodge is a large spacious home with lots of natural light. I has six bedrooms with one bedroom en-suite. Three bedrooms upstairs and three bedrooms downstairs. It has two large bathrooms, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. It has electric showers and power showers in each bathroom. It has a large kitchen with all the mod cons, cum dining room with large dining table and chairs. It has a cosy sitting room for relaxing. Also has a utility room with a washing machine and dryer and sink
Denis and I are married for 30 years. We have 3 adult children. We love travelling all over the world and using Airbnb. That is why we love meeting people who travel to our country for holidays.
Orchard lodge is a lovely house , set in the beautiful country side of of the Mealagh Valley. It is 7km (10 minute drive) from the seaside Market town of Bantry. In the vicinity of the house there are lovely walking trails, a fishing lake and a pony trekking school. Also lovely views of the country side with the mountains as the backdrop. In the town of Bantry there are large supermarkets, small shops, pubs with traditional music, lots of family restaurants and pubs doing really good food. On each Friday of the month there a street market in Bantry.
