All our bedroom are upstairs. The three bedrooms are all ensuite.
All the rooms have sloped/low ceilings - please mind your head in places.
Guests have the use of a sitting room with a television.

We operate a "vacate the property" policy during the day. We would prefer guests do not stay all day in the property.
We are 18km/12m from Cavan town.

We are situated on a rural lane, it is a single track lane with traffic both ways.
Please be prepared to meet traffic and if necessary reverse to a driveway or gap.
