Sutton Cottage is a traditional Irish Cottage with a modern twist. It is one of four properties on the 15 acre Ballysheen Estate It is suitable for families and has private Front and Side gardens. Also private courtyard. Guests have shared access to four acres of mature gardens and Tennis court
I make every effort to communicate with guests to assist with their travel arrangements. Living on the Ballysheen Estate, and so close to both the Atlantic Ocean and Irish Sea, is pure joy. There is a huge variety of Bird life in our hedgerows. I love all kinds of crafting and I am an ardent fan of Irish Crochet. Walking
Carne Beach, just one mile away, is a flat, sandy beach where I can walk for miles. Our Lady's Island is a beautiful peaceful place which once was a Norman Castle. The Bird Life is abundant with flocks of Swans. It is also the breeding grounds for rare Terns, who migrate to us each year in Spring time. Wexford, Waterford and Kilkenny, (The Three Sisters), have many quality tourist attractions. Well serviced transport to Dublin or Waterford and beyond is just 15 minutes away
