Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

Please note that check-in on Saturdays and holidays is only available 2 hours after the end of Shabbat or holiday. The closest bus stops to the hotel are Krinitsi/Bialik (26140), 60 meters away and Arlozorov/Bialik (26138), 100 meters away. The nearest train station is Tel Aviv Savidor Center, about 2 km from the hotel.

Please note that on Saturdays and Jewish holidays, check-in is only possible after 19:00 and check out is possible until 14:00. Please note that additional charge and policy change may apply.
