Two floors of a Luxury and exquisite penthouse, both looking onto the Mediterranean coast. Walking distance to the beach restaurants, groceries, Haifa mall, coffee shops, coastal hiking trail, 5 min drive to many of Haifa's sightseeing destinations, including the Baha'i Shrine, German colony, Stella Maris Monastery, and a short drive to Mount Carmel National park. It's a five-minute drive to Ma Tam Industrial Center for business travelers.
