In my 60's, love people, enjoy sport, and appreciat good music and culture. When you rent my place, I stay by friends or travel the world.

Property information

Unique exclusive penthouse with all-around view, placed alone on the top floor. 120M of a fully furnished aircondition suite, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (and toilets), huge living room and best kitchen. In addition a double bed in open air or living room and a sofa (4 luxurious pieces) in living room. Facing the sea (west) - a large terrace with two (4+6 places) dining tables, BBQ, and open air jacuzzi. Only 66 steps to the sea (Hahaliya beautifull beach) and to Tel Aviv promenade. Free Wi-Fi and two cables TV.

Neighbourhood information

Old Jaffa, one of the oldest cities in the world, UNESCO heritage with romantic allies and fisherman port. Our place the "Family Penthouse" is located in the South part of Jaffa, an authentic neighborhood in a pastoral atmosphere facing the sea, close to the heart of the trendy entertainment areas of Tel Aviv. Dozens of authentic food shops and restaurants of Yefet Boulevard (including the best hummus restaurant in Israel) symbol a mixed and peaceful neighborhood in which Arab, Christian and Jews live in harmony for centuries.
