Fantastic location by the sea in the city center! Large and spacious apartments with 2-3 bedrooms, Spacious kitchen, and open living room, full of light and everything is designed and furnished in a special and modern design! All apartments are equipped with all appliances, the bedrooms have luxurious beds, towels and linen as well as basic cleaning materials. The bedrooms have spacious closets, mirrors and plenty of storage space, there is flexibility of sleeping arrangements and for families or large groups it is possible to rent several apartments in the building. The photos are for illustration only - HAYARKON - Superior Collection has several apartments of each type. The photos properly represent the structure of the apartment and its contents, but its design differs from apartment to apartment.   Please note that each apartment has a unique address. You will receive the address when ordering. The name of the apartment indicates its location.

Neighbourhood information

"Lev Tel Aviv" is the middle of the middle. The neighborhood that is the center of Tel Aviv is also the center of the White City, and the most architecturally attractive area, with many colorful buildings in the international and eclectic style, and the most expensive and equal apartments in the city. The building is located on the outskirts of the Kerem Hatyemanim neighborhood, one of the last authentic treasures of Tel Aviv, a hidden corner in a city that remains rich in nostalgia and authenticity. Hayarkon Street - the tourist center of Tel Aviv and along it are many institutions and businesses that serve the tourists who come to the city, including hotels, travel agencies, airline offices and many places of entertainment. Hayarkon Street also has the largest number of embassies, including the embassies of the United States, Britain, India, Turkey, Canada, Switzerland, Belgium and Russia. Opera Tower - located in front of the building. In the 30's, the San Remo Hotel and the Kesem Cinema (which for some time served as the residence of the First Knesset until it immigrated to Jerusalem) and the home of the Israeli Opera.

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation.
