I am a nice person, made a choice to enjoy life in a relax atmosphere, leave the city center to be next to TLV sea shore; along with a well equipped kitchen in the middle (open space for ground & 1st floor) Enjoy supporting my guests to accomplish their desire during their stay My personal preferences are for - good food, chalanging theater, new music, be open for communication in an harmony way As a retired electric engineer I appreciate the ease that technology may offer and I love gadgets: I installed hybrid smart electricity in all the house (one touch on smart electricity switch for all shutters and most ceiling lights) besides standard switches for wall lights, I added USB (mobile) charges inside 6 electricity adapters, hanged 4 large channels TV - one in every room with Wi-Fi fast connection, i took care of the most annoying chores: Dishwashing (I installed 2 dishwashers) and washing machine along with dryer and outside hanging cords, 5 Air-conditions (Mitsubishi) in every room and two of them (the strongest) in living room/Kitchen for cold and warm weather besides double glassing; last but not list special water system heater (switch on the upper floor next to the stairs)

Cozy retreat next to Jaffa old city (150m) and port (100m), perfect vacation for families w/children. Getaway in a North Jaffa, Luxury Duplex, facing the sea in authentic Ajamy neighborhood. This 170m2 two floors duplex got it all - feels like a villa outside the city: Ground floor: Huge living room with kitchen and patio, dining areas, and a bedroom (DB, TV) with its private bathroom. On Patio setting area, BBQ, corner, Bar deck First floor: Major bedroom (King, TV) balcony, business area; bathroom; Second (Shelter) large bedroom (2+1, TV) Free public parking just across @ Jaffa heart and TLV touristic center: Near the Old City and the fishermen port, Aliya beach, less than a mile to the flea market (by day) and entertainment area (by night), Carmel food market (1 mile away - must for a morning excursion), 1 mile from Florentine beer & wine quarter vibe young quarter of TLV, 2 miles from down town Tel Aviv (Rothschild Blvd. Allenby Blvd.) I choose this property to leave in, in my retirement, after months of searches for the perfect: Private, modern & sea view , large, close to center, and with parking. With the money I got from short rentals, I travel the world - thank you!

North Ajamy is an Authentic mix culture neighborhood (Jews, Muslims, Christians) This part of Jaffa along sea shore is the best & most expensive part of Jaffa The architecture is influenced by the Port, the alleys of the old city mix with new modern (private) planning. Buildings: Most of 4-5 floor building are renovated, the one floor building are over 100 years old from one side- share space restaurants (Hummus - Abu Hassan) and from the other most luxury hotels (the Jaffa Marriott). History: The town was mentioned in Egyptian sources and the Amarna letters as Yapu. Mythology says that it is named for Yafet (Japheth), one of the sons of Noah, the one who built it after the Flood. The Hellenist tradition links the name to Iopeia, or Cassiopeia, mother of Andromeda. An outcropping of rocks near the harbor is reputed to have been the place where Andromeda was rescued by Perseus. Pliny the Elder associated the name with Iopa, daughter of Aeolus, god of the wind. The medieval Arab geographer al-Muqaddasi referred to it as Yaffa. The city was established around 1800 BCE. Jaffa port for over 7,000 years it has been actively used, predating Muslims, Christians, Jews, and even Egyptians
