Newly renovated apartment . Includes air conditioning in every room. Large TV, wifi and Netflix. Fully equipped kitchen. Small supermarket nearby, 5 minute walk to the beach , 15 km long promenade to walk or bike along the beach , close to city centre, shops and restaurant& pizzeria nearby, free parking, parks , botanic garden. Water cooler for hot and cold water. Public transportation Basketball and tennis court nearby
