We opened our mini boutique guesthouse in June 2019. The guesthouse has 10 beautiful rooms, with an amazing shared rooftop for the guests to meet and enjoy in the evenings. We chose to focus on the quality of the rooms rather then quantity :) with a focus on creating really uniquely designed rooms and spaces. The guesthouse is located in the very heart of the city, right next to the famous Rothschild boulevard, and walking distance to most major sites in Tel Aviv as well as a short walk to the beach.

Hi, I'm Meir, have been living in the wonderful city of Tel Aviv since 2008, but grew up in Manchester, UK. I love travelling myself, meeting and sharing new experiences with people of all walks of life are the highlight of it for me. It is from this alchemy, that I decided to start hosting people . The guesthouse is located in a neighborhood called Lev Hair, Meaning ‘heart of the city’ in Hebrew, Lev Ha’ir is just that, located bang in the centre of Tel Aviv and housing all of the city’s cultural must-sees. You can wander through the iconic architecture of the White City, a UNESCO World Heritage site that comprises 4,000 Bauhaus buildings – and along Rothschild Boulevard, Tel Aviv’s first official road. But it’s not all about Bauhaus: Lev Ha’ir is also home to Carmel Market (Shuk HaCarmel) and many of tel avivs other main attractions. In addition, the guesthouse is only a short walk from the neighborhoods of Florentine, and Neve Tzedek which are a whole world in themselves to discover too.
