Spacious villa bright and beautifully designed.
The villa is divided into two parts separated by a patio.
One part is an open space with a large kitchen, fully equipped with all the tools and electrical equipment needed to make meals. Dining area with a large table & ten chairs, that can be extended if needed. A large welcoming and luxurious living room with large screen TV and an audio system.
There is a large balcony, outside the living room, equipped with a dining table and a BBQ grill.
In the second part of the villa there are 4 bedrooms with two full bathrooms, an adult library, and a children area with library and games.
Around the house there is a large garden, with orchards and spices garden.
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.
