Perfectly located in the Old North of Tel Aviv, between Tel Aviv’s port, the Hilton Beach and Dizengoff Center, this masterpiece apartment is in a brand new construction renovated in 2023. The apartment is located on the 4th floor with an elevator. No stairs are needed in order to get into the apartment. Spacious, modern, and with a delicious balcony, the apartment provides one bedroom with flat screen, a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, dishwasher and more, and a living room with sofa bed and flat screen. The apartment can accomodate up to 4 people. A stunning night city view can be enjoyed in the balcony. Smoking is allowed only in the balcony.

The Old North of Tel Aviv is of the most popular neighborhoods of the city where main streets such as Dizengoff and Ben Yehuda St. intersect. Characteristic bars, restaurants and brands are present in the neighborhood; a 24/7 supermarkets is available just across the street. The distance to the beach is only 400 meters. Perfect location to experience the city by foot, bicycle or scooter. The main attractions in the area include Tel Aviv’s port, The independence park, Dizengoff and Ben Yehuda street, Dizengoff center and the Hilton beach.
