Welcome to the stunning guest villa “Nofei Kinneret”, located in Tiberias with a spectacular view of the Sea of Galilee, just a 2-minute drive from the beach. The villa spans three floors and includes six luxurious bedrooms, a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. It is ideal for families and couples seeking a high-quality vacation. In the villa’s yard, you’ll find a private heated swimming pool, a dry sauna, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a barbecue area, a dining area, and a bar. There are also sunbeds and an outdoor shower. Guests have access to two private gated parking spaces and additional parking outside. The villa can accommodate up to 28 guests, including 15 comfortable mattresses. Our beautiful villa is spread over three levels and includes a total of six bedrooms. Four bedrooms each feature a double bed, a sofa bed that opens into a double bed, and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. Two additional bedrooms have only a double bed, and they share two bathrooms located in the hallway. Please note: access to the villa involves climbing stairs. Entrance Level On the entrance floor, there is a spacious living room with a large sofa and a 60-inch TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, gas stove, water bar, coffee and tea facilities, microwave, electric kettle, hot plate, Shabbat urn, cookware, serving utensils, and a dining table for six. Upper Level This level has five bedrooms with double beds. One of them also includes a sofa bed that opens into a double bed. Each room has a 40-inch TV. Four of the rooms have private bathrooms with showers. The fifth room uses a shared bathroom on this level, which includes a spa bath. Lower Level (Basement) On the basement level, there is a sixth bedroom with a double bed and a 40-inch TV.
