This is a Holiday space for short stay and longer vacations for business and leisure travelers looking for living in a friendly neighborhood
It is located in one of the prime locations of Goa ie.Caranzalem.
It is a 5 min drive ,walking distance to Miramar and Caranzalem beaches (about 1 kms )and famous Dona Paula Jetty is about 3 kms. Convenient for families with good transport connectivity to market,casinos, food joints and all amenities.

From Panaji, it is located at a distance of 5 km. The Caranzalem beach is arranged at around 4 km from Panjim in the middle of Miramar and Caranzalem.
Nearby Places: Miramar Beach - 1 km away; Dona Paula Jetty - 3km; Casinos - 3kms; River Cruises - 3kms Panjim City - 4 kms; 18th June Road - 3kms; Old Goa - 7kms; Calangute/Baga beach 15kms.
