Our beautiful villa will provide you with a luxurious and tranquil stay amid lush green natural landscape on a hilltop and a serene view of the sea. A stay that will bring you absolute joy, whether it is a casual stroll or when you feel the breeze as you sit in the patio. Coco Villa features a spacious and fully furnished 3BHK expanse alongwith a beautiful private garden to soak in the sights and sounds of nature. Our Villa interiors : • 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. All 3 rooms have great views(garden/sea view) and also feature black-out curtains for your undisturbed sleep • Boilers for hot water facilitated in all 3 rooms. • Living Room, faces the garden and the sea, is equipped with Smart TV, sofa set and coffee tables alongwith a 6-seater Dining table. This also comes with an attached spacious balcony area for you to enjoy your evening coffee with a view. • Modular Kitchen in place alongwith with Refrigerator, Induction plate, Crockery and Cutlery • Wifi available with extended routers for access to all rooms. • For your and the villas security we have installed 4 CCTV cameras at the door way, store room and overlooking the garden area.
Accessibility wise: You will be staying in one of the most sought-after neighbourhoods in Sancoale. Our place is good for families, friends, couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. You’d be happy to know that our villa is just 4kms away (8-9 mins drive) from the Dabolim International Airport and just about 8kms drive from Vasco da Gama Train Station. At walking distance, you can shop for your essentials from the nearby supermarkets or even get them home delivered! About 5 mins ahead of the supermarkets, you can also locate 2-3 Bank ATMs if required. Also the area boasts some amazing cafés, restaurants for you to explore your taste buds. Oh and wondering about your daily dose of Vitamin ‘Sea’? Dont worry, Velsao, Utorda and Bogmalo Beach are just 15mins drive. Don’t want to miss on your shopping list either?
