Submit vehicle’s RC and PUC certificate due to Heritage Walk Zone restrictions.
Provide documents 24-48 hours before the check-in date.
No permits on government holidays or last-minute; guests must park 1 km away and walk.
House Rules:
Noise & Disturbances: Please be considerate of your neighbours and maintain a reasonable noise level, especially between 10 pm and 7 am. Refrain from hosting loud parties or events on the property.
Smoking: It is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors.
Chewing Tobacco: Strictly prohibited with no exceptions.
Upkeep: Daily cleaning of our property is compulsory. We kindly request your cooperation with our housekeeping staff.
Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.
Maximum Occupancy: Adhere to the maximum occupancy limit for your villa. Any additional guests must be approved by the management beforehand.
Damages & Breakages: Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages during their stay. Please report any incidents to the management promptly. Charges may apply for repairs or replacements.
