Property information

This Guesthouse is in Miramar near the Goa Science Center. Caranzalem Beach is across the main road and the famous Miramar beach is a few minutes walk. Most of rooms have A/C facility, which can be disabled if you decide to book a non A/C room. In accordance with our licence, regarding fire and safety regulations, there is no cooking, stove or kettle permitted in the room, Also, Swiggy or Zomato is only a click away. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms but in a designated smoking area besides the building. All guest require photo-id at check-in. The guesthouse is about 2 km from Panjim market in a quiet n safe neighborhood, within the Panaji Municipal area. It is conveniently located close to all necessities. Hospitals and clinics are within a few minutes by bike or car and pharmacies, supermarket, eateries and a few bars are within walking distance.

Neighbourhood information

It is a 5 minutes walk to the bus stop where you can get a bus to Panaji city, Panaji Bus Station or Dona Paula from 6 am - 9 pm. Taxi and rickshaws can be arranged if required. A two-wheeler for daily rental can also be arranged if you have a license. You may park on the road next to the building if you have a motor vehicle.
