Strategically located in a place from where every major tourist place is within 10KM radius (see the map picture in photos).
The property is in a peaceful colony (Govt Auditor General Employees Colony), as many VIPs stay here, the entire colony is covered by CCTV cameras, streaming video directly to the police control room.
Lots of greenery (because of the nearby Army cantonment and Agricultural University), away from pollution and commercial activities but still very near to both old and new cities.
International Airport is connected with an Expressway (Entry and Exit of the Expressway are just 1.8KM from our property)
IT cities like Hitec city, Gachibowli, Nanakramguda, and Kokapet are within 12 km (Less traffic route because of the army cantonment area). I and my wife both are Software engineer.
Many Function Halls and Hospitals are close to our property (see the map picture in photos).
Swiggy, Zomato, Uber, and Ola services are available for our location
