Signature Apartment is a spacious and tastefully done up 2 BHK apartment set in the heart of Candolim Beach Road. The apt is well-furnished and has a spacious set up, which makes this place an ideal home for couples, family or group of friends. It is perfect for 4-6 people. The apartment is right next to all the buzzing shacks, renowned restaurants, night market and spas/ salons. A refundable security deposit of INR 5,000/- will be collected upon arrival. The amount is refundable if the total number of guests does not increase, the checkout time is adhered to and no damages are done by guests. Note - Local ID's are not allowed, and check-in may be denied

Take a step back from the waterfront, and the sand dunes will lead you to the main Candolim-Calangute road, where you’ll find an eclectic mix of restaurants, bars and souvenir stalls, as well as some good Candolim hotels to choose from. The property is located close to Novotel Shrem in Candolim.
