Welcome to the Villa Calangute Phase 5 -6BHK where we've blended architecture and design to deliver a breathtaking holiday experience. Villa Calangute Phase 5 has a Private Swimming Pool with Kids Pool, Elephant Shower, Private Parking, Games Room with Pool Table, Garden, Open roof Terrace with sun loungers, all within a fenced plot. Please note this is a 7BHK villa where by we are keeping 1 bedroom with en suite bathroom locked during your entire stay making it a 6BHK villa for 12 adults. Party Room -The new RETRO PARTY ROOM on the top floor is a great space for a private party with its own private bar, a dance floor area, Bluetooth tower speaker, great lighting system, booth seating, wall murals (ideal for those instagrammable moments) and bespoke lighting. You can book it for INR 7000 per night from 8 pm to 4 am for any one day of your choice. You can get your own DJ and drinks too. This party room is for the exclusive use of the guests staying at the villa. Guest must do payment within 2 hours to confirm the booking and reply with correct a phone number for any reservation made. Failing to do so will result in the reservation not being accepted, this is to avoid spamming.
