IDENTITY PROOF: In keeping with Government regulations, we request each guest (regardless of occupancy) to carry a photo identity to present on check-in. Foreign nationals are required to present their valid passport and visa. Indian nationals can present any government issued photo identity and address proof card e.g. driving license, passport, Aadhar card or voter’s ID card. PAN Card will not be accepted as the above. Also, please do keep handy proof of corporate affiliations, if you have made a corporate booking.

Please note that for security purpose all Indian guests are required to present a valid photo ID proof (Voter's ID, Driving License, Aadhar Card, Passport or any other ID with address approved by the Government of India) at the time of check-in, else the property has the right to deny admission. A Pan Card is not acceptable. Foreign guests are required to produce a valid passport and visa. Please note that at check-in, all guests must present a valid proof of identification and of on-going travel.

Group policy: Booking of more than 5 rooms will apply different cancellation and guarantee policy. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking that has come for 5 or more rooms even with different names /confirmation numbers, from same source as the booking will be considered a group booking, with different rate and policies applicable.

A New Year's Eve gala dinner will be available at the property for guests staying on 31st December. The festive meal surcharge is included in the rate
