It is located at Nayarambalam village in Vypin and is about 15 km away from Ernakulam High Court jetty. Vypin is an island about 25 KM in length and 2 to 4 KM in width, which is surrounded by Sea on the western side and River on the eastern side. The southern and northern ends of the island are the two most important estuaries (River mouth) of Cochin and Munambham, respectively. The property is located exactly in the middle of Fort Cochin and Muziris heritage. The famous Cherai and Kuzhuipply beaches are just 8 to 10 Km away and the upcoming tourist spot "Nedungad Boat Jetty" is just 1.5 KM away.

My Wife - Selvi PV is running the business. She was always passionate about cooking from her childhood, probably due to hereditary reasons. Her Grandmother was a great cook in their Village followed by her Mother, which has prompted us to come into this venture. As per the current trend, the Tourists are looking for experiential Holidays rather than going to a Hotel, as they can experience the Culture and enjoy the traditional food experience, besides the best hygienic atmosphere, which they can witness by themselves. They always prefer a pleasant and secure accommodation, which can be a “Home away from their Home”. The Dept. of Tourism, Govt. of Kerala has accredited our property as “Diamond House”, which is the highest class as per the Homestay classification scheme, and we are committed to striving hard to maintain the status given to us. Ours is a green property and we use all types of energy-efficient equipment, solar energy systems, rainwater harvesting, and waste management systems, besides using Organic vegetables, and Farm Fresh Poultry/Fish for our Kitchen requirements.

Our property is located in Nayarambalam Village on Vypin island, which is surrounded by Kerala’s traditional “Kavu”(sacred groves), “Thodu” (canal), “Pettyikkada” (Petty kirana shop), “Chayakkada” (tea shop) and those who are for leisure tour and wanted to explore village life, it is an ideal place. So strategically, the area is very important for Tourism and allied activities. It is exactly in the middle of Fort Cochin Heritage & Muziris Heritage (About 12 KMs from both). The famous Cherai & Kuzhuppilly beaches are just 8 - 10 KM away from Nayarambalam. The upcoming tourist spot "Nedungad Boat Jetty" and "Veeranpuzha" are just 2 KM away.
