A Heritage Property, this lovely cottage is in the heart of Shillong in a quiet, well known residential area, La Chaumiere. It has lovely views of the Shillong Peak and hills. Recently and carefully restored, it offers the guests a private lawn, 3 rooms with double beds and attached showers, high quality furniture, toiletries, complimentary breakfast and facilities for parties and get togethers. Homemade and local food can also be provided.
La Chaumiere Hills is a quiet residential area, one of the oldest in Shillong and is close to the city, being a mere 15 minutes or 2 kms away from the Market. Attractions like the Ward's Lake, Hydari Park, Crinoline Falls, Governor's House are located close by and one can walk to them. Cafes and restaurants are also close by.
