The kitchen will close post 11 PM. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed, however, it is strictly not allowed inside the villa. - Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa. - Outside food or ordering from the nearest restaurant is not allowed. HOME TRUTHS - The living room is not equipped with an AC. - All-male groups are not allowed. - Guests are requested to not shift the living room furniture and bedroom furniture. In case guests require extra furniture, they may ask the caretaker for the same. -StayVista does not provide or supply any music or audio at the Property. -In case you would like to host an event at the Property, StayVista will assist you in obtaining the necessary compliances for hosting the event. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - A refundable deposit will be collected before check-in.  - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
