Layout of the home: Enter this pet-friendly homestay through the expansive lawn and make your way to the spacious living room, a charming living room that opens up to the lawn, and 2 minimal bedrooms. The staircase leads you to the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom located on the first floor of the home accompanied by a massive balcony overlooking the backyard. What makes this home special? The home was envisioned by the homeowner’s father and was built as an escape from bustling city life to be close to nature. Located in the town of Kolgaon, Alibaug the homeowners have planted numerous trees to make it a nature retreat. Meal Rates: - Adult ( 12 yrs & above) Veg Rs 1500 + GST and Non-Veg : Rs 1700 + GST per person, per day - Child ( 6-11 yrs) Veg Rs 1200 and Non-Veg: Rs. 1200 + GST per child, per day - Seafood and mutton dishes (subject to availability) can be served at an additional cost which is payable at actuals. -Veg and non-veg barbecue will be offered only with prior intimation. BBQ rates are Rs 650 per person per dish. diesel charges for genset operation will need to be paid by the guests after 4 hours of usage, the prices for further usage will be INR 800 per hour. Security deposit 3000 per room - Driver/house-help accommodation is available for 1 person at additional charges of Rs 500 +GST per day. Up to 3 no of people can be accommodated. Additional charges for meals to be paid to the caretaker onsite, in cash.
