Experience a cozy 2-bedroom apartment located in Kakkanad Junction. This spacious and air-conditioned apartment offers 2 A/c bedrooms attached dressing and bath (fresh well water and solar water heaters), each equipped with comfortable beds, wardrobes, and essential amenities. The living room features a large smart TV with basic OTTs, high-speed Wi-Fi, cozy sofa sets, a dining table, and great books. We have a fully equipped kitchen complete with a gas stove, basic cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, refrigerator, microwave, blender, kettle, and water dispenser. Additionally, there is a washing machine in the store room with a drying stand.
Escape the city bustle, located near Kakkanad Civil Station. Easy access to important landmarks like - Kakkanad Civil Station - 800m Infopark - 2 km SmartCity - 4 km Lulu Shopping Mall - 7 Km North Railway Station - 9 Km Marine Drive - 10 Km Fort Kochi - 24 Km Airport - 25 Km
