This private villa in Karjat is only a 2-hour drive from Mumbai and Pune and is surrounded by greenery. There is an open-to-sky swimming pool on the stilt level with an attached patio. There are also 2 swings beside the pool offering uninterrupted views of the mountain ranges that lie ahead. This luxury retreat in Karjat has a huge lush green lawn. All sides of the farmhouse offer stunning views of the green surroundings. The only thing separating you and nature in this 2-storey house are the floor-to-ceiling windows! The layout of the home: Walk up 6-7 steps to reach the main entrance of the villa, where you will find a spacious living room covered with floor-to-ceiling windows on 3 sides. There is a C-shaped seating arrangement and a 55-inch TV here. To the left of the living room is the dining area with a fully-equipped kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on this floor. Both rooms have L-shaped floor-to-ceiling windows. On the first floor is a lounging area with a huge terrace in front of it and 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on either side of the lounge area, similar to those on the first level. On the stilt/basement level, there is a sizeable pool with an attached patio, pool loungers and ample seating arrangement. Outside Food is not allowed. Meals are provided on an additional charges.
