Hello, I am Nischal Shetty, your host. I am a businessman by profession and a Mechanical Engineer by qualification. I own a logistics based business here in Mangalore and this property is my leisure home which I have been renting to good and decent families on vacation stays. The neighbourhood is a very calm residential area. The beach which overlooks this service apartment is India’s officially only surfing beach. A surfing fest is held in the month of December every year. Dolphins regularly visit our beach during mornings and also this beach is very famous for Bioluminiscence , the bluish radiance in the water during nights. The back waters behind the property has kayaking and boating activities which is a must do. The property has ample parking space. The guests can either take a stroll alongside the beach or take their vehicle for a pleasant drive. Everything about the place is magical.
