Silver Spruce 2bhk Villa in Kotagiri is registered with Central Government, Ministry of Tourism and Tamil Nadu Tourism Board Under Homestay License Category. This is an Entire First Floor with Private entrance and exit. It has 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms and toilets, a hall, a private kitchen and an attached balcony. Silver Spruce 2bhk has lush greenery on all four sides pear and orange trees all around with the daily visit of different kinds of beautiful birds make it the perfect hideout for you and your loved ones. This Villa is furnished with teak wood having a brilliant view with flaming sunsets make it even more luxurious. This villa can accommodate a maximum of 6 members. It has a fully equipped kitchen which guests can make use of to prepare lunch and dinner if required. Breakfast is complementary. Lunch and Dinner can also be provided as we have a kitchen with kitchen staff members. Wi-Fi Fibernet connection is available, TV is also available. Hot water is available in both the bathrooms for hot water shower and bath. Guests could also enjoy three layers of garden and sitting area which are attached with dinning cum chimney bonfire area. Free parking is available.
