This wonderful villa is decked in the mountains and is located by a serene lake in Mulshi. Welcome to Waterfront Villa, a sprawling 3-bedroom villa with charming open spaces so that you can enjoy a cosy vacation in Mulshi. The view from the infinity-edge swimming pool is simply stunning – looking out over the dramatic mountains and a lake that stretches before you. Wander through the lush green lawn with a gazebo where you can wine & dine with a serene view. ADD-ON SERVICES - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. - A barbecue kit is available at an extra cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. *Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES -The villa does not have a backup power source such as a generator or inverter. - Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - This property is a part of a gated community. PET POLICY - Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets at an additional charge of Rs. 1000 per pet and at a security deposit of Rs. 5000. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
