A comfortable and snug up studio apartment in Ariea De Goa, created as a perfect blend between the Portuguese vibe and new age urbanism with a swimming pool, free parking, landscape garden, CCTV surveillance, 24hr security amongst other facilities. The studio apartment features AC, fridge and a smart TV, with a king-size bed. There is also a small kitchenette with hot water kettle for making tea and coffee and bed linen complete with towels and personal bathroom with a shower. Highly recommended for a couple, this is a home away from your home. The property is placed in the centre of North Goa, with Baga beach at walking distance of 2.1 km, Calangute Beach at 2.2 km, Tito’s Place at 1.9 km, and all popular eateries and restaurants are well within reach, Fat Fish at 650 Meters.
