Welcome to The Bougainvillea! A forty years old heritage property in the heart of Amritsar city. This urban retreat amidst the vibrancy and bustle of city life is located 3.5 km from The Golden Temple and 2.7 km from The Durgiana Temple. Whether you are seeking serenity, travel, food, history or a holy experience, we are here to make sure that it is a memorable one.If needed we are happy to assist you with transport, travel itineraries and connect you with trusted service providers to facilitate your visit.
Even with all the modern amenities available we are the kind of place where you can rediscover the art of conversation over hot cups of tea, home cooked delicious meals and blissful lazy walks in our gardens. Our rooms, lounges, verandas, terraces, gardens and most of all our hearts are spacious and accommodating. With only two of us living (as the younger ones left the nest to build their own homes) in this generous space full of memories, we decided to turn our home of many years to a boutique home stay space.
We offer six spacious beautifully decorated en-suite rooms.
