A traditional Kumaoni home built in 60's renovated into a boutique village stay, located in a quaint village called Poonakot near Almora(15 kms). Centrally located from all the important cultural & heritage site around Almora. Bond with your family and friends under starry sky over a drink or a bonfire session. Enjoy your stay reading, playing games or sitting idle watching the village or mountains at our lawns or at our courtyards. Relish a variety of home style freshly cooked food prepared by our two cooks including Kumaoni, North Indian, basic continental and the usual Chinese/tibetan. Please note last 250 mtrs to the property is a dirt road. The car comes upto the property however Tempos are parked before the dirt patch.

I have been working in the hospitality sector for last 11 years working with different brands/organisation and later opening my own villagestay! When I am at the property I like to bond with the guest and share with them stories about the place and the area and talk on different subjects and aspects !

Get essence of kumaon, walk through the village, go hiking or for nature walk, swim in the natural pool ( 1 km ) or visit the lost temples and the adjoining pond (1.3 kms).
