Calm, nature-rich setting — The property is on a large organic farm (10-13 acres) with fruit trees, gardens, green open spaces and views of the hills. It is quiet and feels like countryside rather than the city. Well-connected roads — Even though it’s peaceful, it’s not isolated. It is connected by local roads and is fairly easy to reach by road from Bengaluru and surrounding areas. Nearby temples and landmarks — Places like Bhoga Nandishwara Temple and Shri Shiva Temple are within driving distance (about 10-20 mins) Distance to city/airport — It takes about 40 minutes to reach Bengaluru International Airport depending on traffic. If you’re coming from Bangalore city centre, expect a drive of ~1-1.5 hours depending on traffic.
