It is a 2BHK property and can accommodate 4 adults comfortably. In addition, 2 adults can sleep on the sofa cum bed in the living room. Basic kitchen utensils are provided. Caution: The induction starts with a temperature of 1000 °C when turned on, which needs to be reduced to the ideal cooking temperature to avoid overheating of the utensils. Guests can use the washing machine; detergent will not be provided, but upon request, a demonstration can be provided. It is semi-automatic and needs manual operation for washing, draining and spinning. The balcony is windy, hence ensure clothes are clipped while drying. The bathrooms are fitted with instant heaters, allowing the flow of hot water within 7 minutes of turning on. Caution: do not let the heater be turned on for more than 10 minutes. Park your car in the respective parking slot. Park in the next available slot if occupied and inform the host. The property is yet to be installed with UPS and A/C. There may be short electrical downtime till the UPS is installed and because the weather is breezy and cold during winter, A/C will be installed shortly.
